Publicity and Information (SCOPI)
The Standing Committee on Publicity and Information (SCOPI) is responsible for managing TAMSA’s public image and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media and website management: SCOPI keeps TAMSA’s online presence up-to-date by managing their social media pages and website.
- Promotional materials creation: They design flyers, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials to raise awareness of TAMSA’s brand and activities.
- Success story development: SCOPI works with other committees to create stories about TAMSA’s field events and project participants’ achievements.
- Media outreach: They collaborate with television and radio stations to produce and distribute content about TAMSA’s activities, events, and key messages.
- Event publicity: SCOPI prepares publicity reports for all TAMSA events.
- Additional duties: They also handle other communication-related tasks assigned by the TAMSA Executive Board.
