With an impressive 19 years of leadership experience, Dr. Kapologwe currently serves as the Director General of the East, Central, and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC). His vast knowledge and expertise in health systems, policy, and research, combined with his extensive leadership experience, make him an ideal Patron for TAMSA.
Dr. Kapologwe’s journey from a District and Regional Medical Officer to an international leader speaks volumes about his dedication and passion for healthcare. His career serves as an invaluable mentorship model for young medical professionals, especially medical students in Tanzania.
